Services

DS Heating and Cooling provides residential and commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services throughout Bensenville, IL and the surrounding Chicagoland communities. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians.

Service Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website, phone, or in-person consultations are non-binding and subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during service. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins. You will not be charged for any services beyond the agreed-upon scope without your prior approval.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency service requests are accommodated as availability permits. DS Heating and Cooling offers 24/7 emergency service for urgent heating, cooling, and water heater situations.

Warranties and Guarantees

DS Heating and Cooling stands behind our work. New equipment installations are backed by our 5 year labor warranty and 10 year parts warranty. Manufacturer warranties are separate from any workmanship guarantees provided by DS Heating and Cooling. Specific warranty details will be provided at the time of service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless financing has been arranged through our partner Goodleap. We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing plans.
